ARKAION collects account, shipping, and order information solely to fulfill and support your purchases. Uploaded engraving designs are used for production and preview and are not sold to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Stripe when configured). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use essential cookies for session, cart, and workshop security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the storefront by default.

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where legally applicable. Contact support — we reply within our published SLA.

Delete your ARKAION account

Email arkaionstore@gmail.com from the address on the account. Use the subject “Delete my ARKAION account”.

We delete the account, the saved address, and the profile. An order record that the law requires us to keep stays for that legal period, then it is deleted. Card numbers are not stored on ARKAION servers. An engraving file for a paid order stays with that order for production and support, and it is removed when the order record is removed.

To delete some data and keep the account, use the same email and say which data to delete.
