Same tickets as Orders. A guest link opens one ticket and confirms this inbox — no account required.
Message the workshop
Concierge answers instantly. For logo placement, remakes, or proof disputes — write the atelier. Attach your mark file name; we pull it from your order or ask you to resend.
Prefer email for materials or artwork questions. Order status is fastest via lookup above — we reply within one business day.

There is one bag. A watch, a ring and a marked piece are paid together.
Tracking follows the real order. A marked piece shows engraving and check. A ready piece does not.
Payment is in EUR. When Stripe is open, checkout is by card. Otherwise the order is recorded here.
