Remake guarantee

If we engrave the wrong artwork, wrong size we confirmed, or a mark fails our QC standard, we remake or refund the piece — your choice. Report within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order ID to support@arkaions.com.

Remake does not cover buyer sizing mistakes on custom jewelry, approved proofs that match the laser, or normal wear of coatings and finishes over time.

Fiber · Metal care

• The mark is in the metal — not ink. It will not peel like a print.
• Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive polishes that can soften contrast on some finishes.
• Coated metals: harsh chemicals and ultrasonic baths can affect the coating around the mark.

CO₂ · Studio care

• Wood: keep dry; oil lightly if the species allows.
• Acrylic: soft microfiber only — no ammonia glass cleaners.
• Leather: condition sparingly; avoid soaking the mark area.

Proofs & approval

When a digital proof is sent, production waits for your approval. Approving locks the job ticket. Request changes before we laser — that is the proactive path to a mark you keep.
