The listing says imitation diamond and zircon, and that is what arrived: a small bright stone in a copper-coloured band. It is pretty at arm's length. Up close the stone is smaller than my hope.

Light for the look
Very light on the finger — the carton weight is honest. The copper tone is attractive. I wanted more presence. If you want a delicate ring, it does that. If you want a stone that stops a room, it does not.

Colour is the win
I like the metal colour more than the stone. Stone catches light in a shop window and goes quiet indoors. Band is smooth. I wear it, I just would not call it what it is not.
