ARKAION Mem û Zîn TOTE BAGS ontleent zijn naam aan Ehmedê Xanî’s Mem û Zîn, geschreven in het Kurmancî in 1692. Mem en Zîn houden van elkaar en worden uit elkaar gehouden. Deze tote is door dat verhaal geïnspireerd. Het is een nieuw ARKAION-stuk, geen historische textiel en geen aanspraak op het gedicht. Polyester buitenkant en voering. Open, zonder rits. Fijne verticale rib, zoals gefotografeerd. Huisletters op de voorkant. Alle seizoenen. Twee kleuren: Khaki en White. Klaar zoals getoond.

Khaki rib
Khaki tote. Vertical rib is the whole texture. Open top, so I do not use it for a laptop in the rain. Holds a book, a bottle, a card sleeve. Straps sit on the shoulder without cutting.

White one. Lining is the same cloth. The letters are printed level. It creases, because polyester does. I knew it was not leather. Base is flat enough to stand.

Wanted an internal pocket and there is not one. Everything sits in one well. The bag itself is the photo: rib, open, house letters. Khaki colour is accurate. I added a pouch.
